Tim and Laura became managers of Tri City Mobile Estates in 2016 after having been homeowners in the park for several years. They strive to provide a clean and safe environment within the park for all tenants and their kiddos.

They most enjoy spending time with our friends and family having BBQs and gatherings all year long. They love to take drives in the beautiful mountains surrounding them in southern Douglas county and love to go fishing when they are not managing the park.
