Bill was interested in owing land from an early age. At age 11, He negotiated his first deal for 3.5 acres in Eagle Creek for $1,100 but his berry picking income was $200 short so the purchase failed.
His college experience was mostly experimental starting at Oregon State in civil engineering, Portland State in Italy at La Universita de Pavia, University of Oregon in romance languages, a sprinkling of community colleges in various subjects and finally graduating from Marylhurst University with a degree in Humanities.
Bill spent over 20 years building commercial buildings including LDS churches, banks, office spaces and medical centers. He now exclusively develops his own land and buildings and manages his rental units. He enjoys spending time with his 8 grandchildren when he is not running equipment or building something.
