About Us
Could we be renting youyour next home?
Local and Family Owned Since 1972
Bill was interested in owning land from an early age. He negotiated his first deal for 3.5 acres in Eagle Creek for $1,100 but his berry picking income was $200 short so the purchase failed. This was at age eleven.
Bill spent over 20 years building commercial buildings including LDS churches, banks, office spaces and medical centers. He now exclusively develops his own land and buildings and manages his rental units. He enjoys spending time with his 8 grandchildren when he is not running equipment or building something.
Cathy started her career at Oregon Trail Savings & Loans just out of high school. This is where she met Bill and began bookkeeping for the business. Although mostly retired, she still provides her expertise in property management and accounting.
"We might be based in Boring, Oregon, but we are not boring people..."
- The Trimble'sAryn is Bill and Cathy’s youngest daughter and has been working off and on for the family business since grade school, when Cathy would employ her and her sister to file paperwork or to help mail bid invitations. She studied civil engineering at Oregon State University and has over ten years of experience in construction management. She has been managing the property portfolio since 2016.
Tim and Laura became managers of Tri City Mobile Estates in 2016 after having been homeowners in the park for several years.
They strive to provide a clean and safe environment within the park for all tenants and their kiddos.
They most enjoy spending time with our friends and family having BBQs and gatherings all year long. They love to take drives in the beautiful mountains surrounding them in southern Douglas county and love to go fishing when they are not managing the park.
They look forward to having you as part of the community at Tri City Mobile Estates!
Hope Arias & Tim Huggins, Onsite Managers
Hope & Tim really strive to make sure their tenants are happy and enjoy living in the mobile home park where they reside and manage in McMinnville. They have been together for 10 years and enjoy spending time with their grand kids and taking spontaneous short trips all over Oregon, especially the beach.
